Just imagine….

Imagine that your working environment is optimally safe. What are all the things that would be different then? What would you do in that situation? And what would others notice about it? The change routes of In Tense Safety Training begin with this type of questions. Because we rather prefer to look at the ideal scenario than the situation where things are not going well. And we look for solutions instead of problems. Our experience is that this is many times more efficient and, furthermore, it leads to lasting results.

We do this from the belief that human suffering and material damage can and must be prevented on the shop floor.

Learning by experiencing

In our approach, learning by experiencing is central. The way in which people deal with safety issues is made infallibly transparent and is examined closely. And when people realize that their actions and lack of actions are a deciding factor for their own safety and that of their colleagues, the basis is laid for permanent behavioural change.
